Housing (Standards for Rented Houses) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 137/2019), Regs 4 to 9, 11 and 12: sound structure free of damp, window restrictors above 1.4m, sanitary facilities, fixed heating the tenant controls, cooking and laundry appliances, ventilation, lighting, refuse storage, and gas, oil and electrical installations in good repair. A continuing duty, checked by local authority inspection.
